A comforting and easy gluten-free chicken noodle soup made in a crockpot, perfect for busy evenings.

Ingredients

  • 1 lb Chicken Breast
  • 2 medium Carrots, diced
  • 1 stalk Celery, chopped
  • 2 cloves Garlic, minced
  • 2 cups Gluten Free Pasta
  • 6 cups Chicken Broth
  • 1 medium Onion, chopped

Instructions

  1. Toss the chicken, carrots, celery, onion, garlic, salt, pepper, and chicken broth into the crockpot.
  2. Set it to low and cook for 6 hours.
  3. 30 minutes before serving, add the gluten-free pasta and stir.
  4. Check the noodles to ensure they don’t overcook, then serve hot.

Notes

For a richer soup, add a knob of butter at the end. Use leftover cooked chicken to save time.
