  • 8 oz Cream Cheese (room temperature for mixing)
  • 1/2 cup Mayonnaise (adds creaminess)
  • 1 cup Shredded Cheddar (plus more for topping)
  • 1 tsp Garlic Powder (optional seasoning)
  • Salt and Pepper (to taste)

Instructions

  1. Mix shredded chicken with cream cheese and mayonnaise in a bowl.
  2. Stir in the shredded cheddar, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
  3. Spread the mixture in a baking dish, topping it with extra cheese.
  4. Bake at 375°F for about 25 minutes until golden and bubbly.
  5. If the top isn’t golden, broil for a quick minute.

Notes

For a crunch, add broccoli; for spice, toss in jalapeños. For quicker prep, use leftover or rotisserie chicken.
