Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C).
- Chop the potatoes into even-sized chunks, leaving the skin on.
- Toss the potato chunks in a large bowl with olive oil, salt, and pepper.
- Spread the potatoes in a single layer on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Bake for 25-35 minutes, tossing halfway through, until golden brown and crispy.
- Check for doneness by poking a potato with a fork to see if it goes in easily.
Notes
Experiment with different seasonings for additional flavors. Sweet potatoes can also be used.
