Delicious Dill Pickle Chicken Wings marinated in tangy pickle juice and fried until golden brown. Perfect for gatherings or game days.

  • Total Time: 72 minutes
  • Yield: 4 servings 1x

Ingredients

Scale
  • 2 pounds chicken wings
  • 1 cup dill pickle juice
  • 1 cup flour
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Oil for frying

Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, combine the chicken wings and dill pickle juice.
  2. Marinate for at least 1 hour or, for best results, overnight.
  3. In another bowl, mix flour, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, and pepper.
  4. Remove the wings from the marinade, allowing excess liquid to drip off.
  5. Dredge the wings in the flour mixture until fully coated.
  6. Heat oil in a deep fryer or large pot to 375°F (190°C).
  7. Fry the wings in batches until golden brown and crispy, about 10-12 minutes.
  8. Drain on paper towels and serve hot.

Notes

To make gluten-free, use a gluten-free flour blend instead of all-purpose flour. Baking is an option for a healthier version.
