Ingredients
Scale
- 2 pounds chicken wings
- 1 cup dill pickle juice
- 1 cup flour
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Oil for frying

- Marinate for at least 1 hour or, for best results, overnight.
- In another bowl, mix flour, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, and pepper.
- Remove the wings from the marinade, allowing excess liquid to drip off.
- Dredge the wings in the flour mixture until fully coated.
- Heat oil in a deep fryer or large pot to 375°F (190°C).
- Fry the wings in batches until golden brown and crispy, about 10-12 minutes.
