Ingredients
1/2 tsp matcha powder
3/4 cup hot water or cold water
3/4 cup oat milk or coconut milk
1–2 tsp maple syrup or honey
1 slice lemon (for iced version)
Ice cubes (for cold drinks)
Instructions
1. Sift matcha powder into a mug or shaker.
2. Add hot water (for latte) or cold water (for iced drink).
3. Whisk vigorously or shake until smooth and frothy.
4. For the latte, heat and froth the oat milk. Pour over matcha.
5. For the iced version, add lemon juice, ice, and shake again.
6. Sweeten to taste with maple syrup or honey.
Notes
Use ceremonial grade matcha for best color and taste.
Try blending with pineapple or mint for variety.
Matcha can be pre-mixed and stored cold for up to 24 hours.
