  • 1/4 cup tahini
  • 1 cup toasted kataifi

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a baking dish.
  2. In a large bowl, melt the butter and mix in the sugars until well combined.
  3. Add the eggs one at a time, mixing well after each addition, then stir in the vanilla extract.
  4. In a separate bowl, combine the flour, cocoa powder, and salt. Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet mixture, stirring until just combined.
  5. Fold in the pistachio paste, tahini, and toasted kataifi.
  6. Pour the batter into the prepared baking dish, spreading it evenly.
  7. Bake for 25-30 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted comes out with a few moist crumbs.
