- 1 cup eggnog

Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a baking dish.
- In a large bowl, mix together the pancake mix, eggnog, milk, eggs, vanilla extract, nutmeg, and cinnamon until just combined.
- Pour the batter into the greased baking dish.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.
- Let it cool slightly before serving. Serve warm with maple syrup and powdered sugar if desired.
Notes
Start with room-temperature eggs for smooth batter blending. A light butter coating on the pan promotes even browning.
