  • Total Time: 30 minutes
  • Yield: 4 servings 1x

Ingredients

Scale
  • 300 g cream cheese, softened
  • 120 g whipped feta
  • 1/2 cup dried cranberries, finely chopped
  • 1/4 cup caramelized onion bits
  • 1 teaspoon fresh thyme leaves
  • 1/4 cup walnuts, chopped
  • 1/4 cup macadamia nuts, chopped
  • Chili honey for drizzling

Instructions

  1. In a mixing bowl, combine the softened cream cheese and whipped feta until smooth.
  2. Stir in the chopped dried cranberries, caramelized onion bits, fresh thyme leaves, chopped walnuts, and chopped macadamia nuts until well combined.
  3. Use your hands to form the mixture into small balls.
  4. Place the cheese balls on a platter and chill for at least 30 minutes.
  5. Drizzle with chili honey before serving.

Notes

Keep all dairy components at room temperature for a smooth texture. If preferred, chill the mixture briefly before rolling for firmer balls. Use toasted nuts for optimal flavor.
