- 1/2 cup shredded sharp cheddar (optional)
- 1/2 cup pomegranate seeds
Instructions
- In a large bowl, combine the broccoli florets, diced Honeycrisp apples, dried cranberries, chopped pecans, and diced red onion.
- If using, add the shredded cheddar and pomegranate seeds.
- Toss the salad gently to mix all the ingredients.
- Serve immediately or chill in the refrigerator for 30 minutes before serving to allow the flavors to meld.
Notes
Cut apples and broccoli to similar bite sizes for a balanced bite. Reserve some pomegranate seeds and pecans for garnish before serving.
