Ingredients

  • 4 cups fresh broccoli florets, finely chopped
  • 2 Honeycrisp apples, diced
  • 1/2 cup dried cranberries
  • 1/2 cup chopped pecans

  • 1/2 cup shredded sharp cheddar (optional)
  • 1/2 cup pomegranate seeds

Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, combine the broccoli florets, diced Honeycrisp apples, dried cranberries, chopped pecans, and diced red onion.
  2. If using, add the shredded cheddar and pomegranate seeds.
  3. Toss the salad gently to mix all the ingredients.
