Ingredients

  • 2 cups stuffing mix
  • 1 cup cranberries (dried or fresh)
  • 1/2 cup celery, chopped
  • 1/4 cup onion, chopped
  • 1/2 cup chicken broth
  • 1 teaspoon poultry seasoning
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 egg

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a large mixing bowl, combine the ground turkey, stuffing mix, cranberries, chopped celery, onion, chicken broth, poultry seasoning, salt, pepper, and egg.
  3. Mix everything together until it’s well combined.
  4. Shape the mixture into small balls and place them on a greased baking sheet.
  5. Bake for 20-25 minutes, or until the turkey is cooked through and the balls are golden brown.
