Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a large mixing bowl, combine the ground turkey, stuffing mix, cranberries, chopped celery, onion, chicken broth, poultry seasoning, salt, pepper, and egg.
- Mix everything together until it’s well combined.
- Shape the mixture into small balls and place them on a greased baking sheet.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes, or until the turkey is cooked through and the balls are golden brown.
- Serve warm as a festive appetizer.
