Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/3 cup dried cranberries, chopped
  • 1/3 cup walnuts or pecans, chopped
  • 2 green onions, finely sliced
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon paprika

Instructions

  1. In a mixing bowl, combine softened cream cheese, shredded cheddar cheese, cranberries, walnuts or pecans, green onions, garlic powder, and paprika.
  2. Mix until well combined.
  3. Shape the mixture into a ball and wrap in plastic wrap.
  4. Refrigerate for at least 2 hours to firm up.
  5. Serve with crackers or fresh vegetables.
