- 1/3 cup walnuts or pecans, chopped
- 2 green onions, finely sliced
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/4 teaspoon paprika
Instructions
- In a mixing bowl, combine softened cream cheese, shredded cheddar cheese, cranberries, walnuts or pecans, green onions, garlic powder, and paprika.
- Mix until well combined.
- Shape the mixture into a ball and wrap in plastic wrap.
- Refrigerate for at least 2 hours to firm up.
- Serve with crackers or fresh vegetables.
Notes
For a firmer texture, chill overnight and let rest at room temperature for 10 minutes before serving.
