Instructions
- In a mixing bowl, combine the softened cream cheese and goat cheese until well blended.
- Stir in the basil pesto, sun-dried tomatoes, walnuts, and fresh basil until evenly distributed.
- Season with salt and pepper to taste.
- Form the mixture into small balls or festive ornament shapes.
- Refrigerate for a minimum of 30 minutes before serving to allow the flavors to meld and the texture to firm up.
Notes
Serve on a platter adorned with fresh herbs or surrounded by colorful crackers and fruits. You can make these a day in advance and store in the refrigerator.
