  • Total Time: 30 minutes
  • Yield: 4 servings 1x

Ingredients

  • Brie cheese
  • Fresh figs
  • Honey
  • Baguette or crackers
  • Fresh thyme (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Slice the baguette into bite-sized pieces and arrange them on a baking sheet.
  3. Place a slice of brie cheese on each piece of baguette.
  4. Slice the figs and place one slice on top of the brie on each piece of bread.
  5. Drizzle honey over the tops of each bite.
  6. Bake in the oven for about 10-15 minutes or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
  7. Remove from the oven and sprinkle with fresh thyme if desired.
  8. Serve warm and enjoy!

Notes

Using a firm, day-old baguette adds more structure, and fresh thyme is optional but enhances the flavor.
