Ingredients
- Brie cheese
- Fresh figs
- Honey
- Baguette or crackers
- Fresh thyme (optional)
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Slice the baguette into bite-sized pieces and arrange them on a baking sheet.
- Place a slice of brie cheese on each piece of baguette.
- Slice the figs and place one slice on top of the brie on each piece of bread.
- Drizzle honey over the tops of each bite.
- Bake in the oven for about 10-15 minutes or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
- Remove from the oven and sprinkle with fresh thyme if desired.
- Serve warm and enjoy!
Notes
Using a firm, day-old baguette adds more structure, and fresh thyme is optional but enhances the flavor.
