Ingredients

  • 1 flatbread or naan
  • 4 oz Brie cheese, sliced
  • 1/4 cup dried cranberries
  • 1/4 cup chopped walnuts
  • 1 tablespoon butter
  • 1 tablespoon maple syrup
  • 1/2 teaspoon fresh thyme leaves (optional)
  • Olive oil, for brushing

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. In a small skillet, melt butter over medium heat. Add chopped walnuts and toast for 2–3 minutes, stirring frequently until fragrant. Set aside.
  3. Brush the flatbread lightly with olive oil. Arrange sliced Brie evenly over the top. Sprinkle with dried cranberries and toasted walnuts.
  4. Place flatbread on the prepared baking sheet and bake until the Brie is melted and bubbly.

Notes

For added freshness, pair with a lemony arugula salad. Leftovers reheat well in a low oven to restore crispness.
