- 1 flatbread or naan
- 4 oz Brie cheese, sliced
- 1/4 cup dried cranberries
- 1/4 cup chopped walnuts
- 1 tablespoon butter
- 1 tablespoon maple syrup
- 1/2 teaspoon fresh thyme leaves (optional)
- Olive oil, for brushing
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- In a small skillet, melt butter over medium heat. Add chopped walnuts and toast for 2–3 minutes, stirring frequently until fragrant. Set aside.
- Brush the flatbread lightly with olive oil. Arrange sliced Brie evenly over the top. Sprinkle with dried cranberries and toasted walnuts.
- Place flatbread on the prepared baking sheet and bake until the Brie is melted and bubbly.
Notes
For added freshness, pair with a lemony arugula salad. Leftovers reheat well in a low oven to restore crispness.
