- 2 cups Whole Milk (or almond/coconut milk for dairy-free)
- 1 cup Heavy Cream (or coconut cream for dairy-free)
- 1 cup White Chocolate Chips (or dairy-free white chocolate for vegan)
- 1 teaspoon Vanilla Extract
- 1 pinch Salt
- Few drops Blue Food Coloring (gel food coloring recommended)
- 1 cup Whipped Cream (or coconut whipped cream for dairy-free)
- Festive Toppings (e.g. blue sprinkles, mini marshmallows)
Instructions
- In a medium saucepan, combine milk and heavy cream and warm on low until small steam wisps appear; do not boil.
- Remove from heat and add white chocolate chips, stirring until melted and smooth; if needed, return to very low heat briefly.
- Stir in vanilla extract and a pinch of salt; add blue gel food coloring until desired shade is reached.
- Pour into warmed mugs, top with whipped cream, and finish with blue sprinkles or mini marshmallows.
- Serve immediately while warm.
Notes
Use a heavy-bottomed pan and low heat to melt white chocolate evenly. Gel food coloring is preferred for intensity without dilution.
