Instructions

- Use a spoon or cookie scoop to drop small dollops onto a parchment-lined tray.
- Place tray in freezer for at least 120 minutes until firm. Transfer bites to a container for storage.
- Eat straight from the freezer as a protein-rich, refreshing snack.
