- 1 lb ground chicken
- 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 egg
- 1/4 cup chopped parsley
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese (for topping)
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a large bowl, mix ground chicken, breadcrumbs, Parmesan cheese, minced garlic, egg, parsley, salt, and pepper until well combined.
- Shape the mixture into a loaf and place it in a greased baking dish.
- Drizzle with olive oil and bake for 30-35 minutes.
- During the last 10 minutes of baking, sprinkle mozzarella cheese on top and return to the oven until melted and bubbly.
- Let it rest for a few minutes before slicing. Serve warm.

Gently mix ingredients to avoid overworking the meat. Use a serrated knife for slicing.
