Instructions

- Divide the dough into 8 equal pieces and roll each piece into a knot shape.
- Place the knots on a parchment-lined baking sheet.
- In a small bowl, mix the minced garlic with a bit of olive oil and brush it over the knots.
- Sprinkle with chopped parsley.
- Bake for 25 minutes or until golden brown.
- Serve warm.
