Ingredients

Scale
  • 2 cups gluten-free all-purpose flour
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 tablespoon baking powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/2 cup dairy-free yogurt
  • 1/4 cup olive oil

  2. In a mixing bowl, combine the gluten-free flour, garlic powder, baking powder, salt, and black pepper.
  3. Add the yogurt and olive oil, mixing until a dough forms.
  4. Divide the dough into 8 equal pieces and roll each piece into a knot shape.

  6. In a small bowl, mix the minced garlic with a bit of olive oil and brush it over the knots.

  9. Serve warm.

Notes

Keep the dough slightly tacky for best results, and avoid overworking it to maintain air pockets.
