  • 1/2 cup granulated sugar

  • 1/2 cup heavy cream

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 325°F (160°C).
  2. In a bowl, combine graham cracker crumbs, melted butter, and 2 tablespoons of sugar. Press mixture into the bottom of a springform pan.
  3. Beat softened cream cheese until smooth, then gradually add honey and granulated sugar.
  4. Add eggs one at a time, mixing thoroughly after each addition and then stir in vanilla extract.
  5. Gradually incorporate heavy cream into the mixture and beat until smooth.
  6. Pour the cheesecake batter over the crust and bake for 50-60 minutes until the edges are firm and the center is slightly jiggly.
  7. Let cool in the oven for 1 hour before refrigerating for at least 4 hours or overnight.
  8. Garnish with sugar blossoms before serving.
