- 1 pound large shrimp, peeled and deveined
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Skewers (wooden or metal)
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 2 tablespoons sriracha sauce
- 1 tablespoon lime juice
- Chopped fresh cilantro for garnish
Instructions
- Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
- In a bowl, combine olive oil, garlic, paprika, salt, and pepper.
- Add the shrimp and toss to coat evenly.
- Thread the shrimp onto the skewers.
- Grill the shrimp skewers for about 2-3 minutes on each side or until they are pink and opaque.
- While the shrimp is grilling, prepare the spicy cream sauce by combining heavy cream, sriracha sauce, and lime juice in a small saucepan. Heat over low heat until warmed through.
- Serve the grilled shrimp skewers with the spicy cream sauce shooter and garnish with chopped cilantro.

Use fresh shrimp for the best flavor and soak wooden skewers in water to prevent burning.
