Instructions
- In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat.
- Add the chopped onion and minced garlic, sautéing until fragrant.
- Add ground beef to the skillet, breaking it apart with a spoon, and cook until browned.
- Season with salt and pepper.
- Add Brussels sprouts to the skillet, stirring to combine.
- Cover and cook for about 8-10 minutes until Brussels sprouts are tender, stirring occasionally.
- Optional: Top with Parmesan cheese before serving.
Notes
For a lighter version, substitute ground turkey or omit Parmesan for a lower-dairy meal. Refrigerate leftovers in an airtight container and consume within 2-3 days.
