  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 1 lb Brussels sprouts, halved
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced

  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Optional: Parmesan cheese for topping

Instructions

  1. In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat.
  2. Add the chopped onion and minced garlic, sautéing until fragrant.
  3. Add ground beef to the skillet, breaking it apart with a spoon, and cook until browned.
  4. Season with salt and pepper.
  5. Add Brussels sprouts to the skillet, stirring to combine.
  6. Cover and cook for about 8-10 minutes until Brussels sprouts are tender, stirring occasionally.

Notes

For a lighter version, substitute ground turkey or omit Parmesan for a lower-dairy meal. Refrigerate leftovers in an airtight container and consume within 2-3 days.
