Instructions
- Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
- Add minced garlic and ginger, sautéing until fragrant.
- Add ground chicken, cooking until browned and fully cooked.
- Stir in broccoli and soy sauce, cooking for an additional 3–5 minutes until broccoli is tender.
- Season with salt and pepper to taste.
- Serve over cooked rice or noodles.
Notes
Keep the pan hot but not smoking to ensure the chicken browns well. Add soy sauce late in the cooking process to preserve flavors.
