  • 1/2 cup dried fruits (e.g., raisins or cranberries)
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a baking dish with parchment paper.
  2. In a large mixing bowl, combine rolled oats, honey or maple syrup, nut butter, mashed banana, and vanilla extract.
  3. Stir in chopped nuts, dried fruits, cinnamon, and salt until well mixed.
