A delicious and easy-to-make high protein chicken pesto wrap, perfect for a quick lunch or dinner.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 100g Grilled Chicken Breast
  • 1 large Whole Wheat Tortilla (50g)
  • 30g Mozzarella Cheese
  • 2 tbsp (30g) Pesto Sauce
  • 1 cup (30g) Fresh Spinach

Instructions

  1. Slice or shred the grilled chicken breast.
  2. Spread pesto sauce over the whole wheat tortilla.
  3. Sprinkle mozzarella cheese on top of the pesto.
  4. Layer the sliced chicken and fresh spinach on the tortilla.
  5. Roll the tortilla tightly to enclose the filling.
  6. Grill the wrapped tortilla in a pan until crispy and golden.
  7. Cut in half and serve with extra pesto on the side for dipping.

Notes

These wraps are highly customizable; feel free to swap ingredients as you like. Consider using gluten-free tortillas or adding extra veggies for crunch.
