- 100g Grilled Chicken Breast
- 1 large Whole Wheat Tortilla (50g)
- 30g Mozzarella Cheese
- 2 tbsp (30g) Pesto Sauce
- 1 cup (30g) Fresh Spinach
Instructions
- Slice or shred the grilled chicken breast.
- Spread pesto sauce over the whole wheat tortilla.
- Sprinkle mozzarella cheese on top of the pesto.
- Layer the sliced chicken and fresh spinach on the tortilla.
- Roll the tortilla tightly to enclose the filling.
- Grill the wrapped tortilla in a pan until crispy and golden.
- Cut in half and serve with extra pesto on the side for dipping.
