Ingredients
Scale
- 1.5 pounds beef (such as sirloin or chuck), cut into bite-sized pieces
- 4 tablespoons garlic butter
- 2 cups baby potatoes, halved
- 1 onion, chopped
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- 1 cup beef broth
- Fresh parsley, for garnish
Instructions
- In a slow cooker, combine the beef, garlic butter, potatoes, onion, salt, pepper, and paprika.
- Pour the beef broth over the mixture.
- Cover and cook on low for 6-8 hours, or on high for 3-4 hours, until the beef is tender.
- Stir before serving and garnish with chopped parsley. Enjoy your stress-free dinner!
Notes
Trim large fat caps for even cooking and consider searing the beef for added flavor. Use room-temperature broth to avoid chilling the slow cooker.
