Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, combine chopped Honeycrisp apples and crumbled feta cheese.
  2. Toast the walnuts in a dry skillet over medium heat until fragrant, then add to the bowl.
  3. In a small bowl, whisk together honey, Dijon mustard, olive oil, salt, and black pepper to create the vinaigrette.
