Instructions
- In a large bowl, combine chopped Honeycrisp apples and crumbled feta cheese.
- Toast the walnuts in a dry skillet over medium heat until fragrant, then add to the bowl.
- In a small bowl, whisk together honey, Dijon mustard, olive oil, salt, and black pepper to create the vinaigrette.
- Drizzle the vinaigrette over the salad and toss gently to combine.
