- 6 slices of stale bread, cubed
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1 cup diced tomatoes
- 1/2 cup cooked Italian sausage, crumbled
- 6 large eggs
- 2 cups milk
- 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning

- Fresh basil for garnish
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Grease a baking dish.
- In a large bowl, combine the cubed bread, mozzarella, tomatoes, and sausage.
- In another bowl, whisk together the eggs, milk, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper. Pour the egg mixture over the bread mixture and stir to combine.
- Let it sit for about 15 minutes to soak up the liquid.
- Pour the mixture into the prepared baking dish and bake for 30-35 minutes, or until the top is golden and the eggs are set.
- Garnish with fresh basil before serving.
