Instructions

- Incorporate the ground chicken, breaking it up as it cooks. Continue cooking until browned.
- Stir in the chicken broth and diced tomatoes.
- Season with oregano, basil, salt, and pepper.
- Bring to a simmer and cook for 20-30 minutes until flavors meld.
- Serve hot, garnished with fresh parsley.
