Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
- In a mixing bowl, combine ground beef, Parmesan cheese, almond flour, egg, garlic, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper. Mix until well combined.
- Form the mixture into meatballs, about 1 inch in diameter.
- Place meatballs on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes or until cooked through.
- Serve with keto-friendly marinara sauce and garnish with parsley if desired.
Notes
To ensure even cooking, avoid overcrowding the pan. Freeze uncooked meatballs for up to three months.
