Instructions
- In a skillet over medium heat, add the ground beef and cook until browned, breaking it apart with a spatula.
- Add garlic and ginger, cooking for another 1-2 minutes until fragrant.
- Stir in the soy sauce and sesame oil, cooking for another 2-3 minutes until well combined.
- Serve the beef mixture over cooked rice.
- Garnish with chopped green onions and sesame seeds.
Notes
Use a wide skillet to encourage browning and avoid steaming the beef. Adjust soy for saltiness and add a squeeze of citrus for brightness if needed.
