Instructions

1. Mix graham cracker crumbs, melted butter, and sugar until combined.

2. Press into a lined 8×8 pan and chill in the fridge.

3. In a bowl, beat cream cheese until smooth.

4. Add condensed milk, lemon juice, zest, and vanilla; mix until creamy.

5. Pour filling over crust and smooth the top.

6. Refrigerate at least 4 hours or overnight.
