Ingredients
2 cups graham cracker crumbs
½ cup unsalted butter, melted
1 tablespoon granulated sugar
1 package (8 oz) cream cheese, softened
1 can (14 oz) sweetened condensed milk
½ cup fresh lemon juice
1 tablespoon lemon zest
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
Optional: whipped cream or powdered sugar
Instructions
1. Mix graham cracker crumbs, melted butter, and sugar until combined.
2. Press into a lined 8×8 pan and chill in the fridge.
3. In a bowl, beat cream cheese until smooth.
4. Add condensed milk, lemon juice, zest, and vanilla; mix until creamy.
5. Pour filling over crust and smooth the top.
6. Refrigerate at least 4 hours or overnight.
7. Slice into bars and serve with optional toppings.
Notes
Use full-fat cream cheese for best texture.
Chill overnight for cleanest slices.
Freeze for up to 2 months with parchment between bars.
