Ingredients

  • 1 head of cabbage, chopped
  • 1 onion, diced
  • 2 carrots, sliced

Instructions

  3. Stir in minced garlic and cook for an additional minute.
  4. Add chopped cabbage and vegetable broth; bring to a boil.
  5. Reduce heat and let simmer for 20 minutes until cabbage is tender.
  6. Mix in lemon juice and zest, fresh dill, and season with salt and pepper.
