- 1 head of cauliflower, cut into florets
- 2 tablespoons maple syrup
- 1 tablespoon Sriracha sauce
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Chopped green onions for garnish
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C).
- In a bowl, whisk together maple syrup, Sriracha, olive oil, salt, and pepper.
- Toss the cauliflower florets in the mixture until well coated.
- Spread the cauliflower on a baking sheet in a single layer.
- Roast in the oven for 20-25 minutes, or until golden and tender, stirring halfway through.
- Remove from the oven and garnish with chopped green onions before serving.
Notes
For a milder flavor, swap Sriracha for another hot sauce. Vegetable leftovers can be stored in the fridge and reheated for an easy lunch the next day.
