- 2 balls of burrata cheese
- 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
- ½ cup marinated artichoke hearts, drained & chopped
- ½ cup mixed olives (Kalamata, green, etc.)
- ¼ cup roasted red peppers, sliced
- ¼ cup hummus (optional, for variety)
- Handful of fresh basil leaves
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- Pinch of flaky sea salt & black pepper
- Warm pita bread or crusty baguette slices, for serving
Instructions
- Place the burrata balls in the center of your serving board or platter.
- Arrange the cherry tomatoes, chopped artichoke hearts, olives, roasted red peppers, and hummus (if using) around the burrata.
- Drizzle olive oil over the burrata and tomatoes.
- Sprinkle with flaky sea salt and cracked black pepper.
- Garnish generously with fresh basil leaves.
- Serve immediately with warm pita bread or crusty baguette slices for scooping.
Notes
Assemble the board just before serving for the best freshness. Feel free to customize with other cheeses or serve with different types of bread.
