- 1/2 cup breadcrumbs

- 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning

- 1/4 cup milk
- 1/4 cup ketchup (for topping)
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a large bowl, combine ground chicken, breadcrumbs, Parmesan cheese, minced garlic, egg, Italian seasoning, salt, pepper, and milk.
- Mix gently until combined.
- Form the mixture into a loaf shape and place it in a baking dish.
- Spread ketchup over the top of the meatloaf.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 45-50 minutes, or until the internal temperature reaches 165°F (75°C).
- Let it rest for 10 minutes before slicing.
- Serve with your choice of sides.
