Ingredients

  • Lobster meat (cooked and chopped)

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Melt butter and brush the inside of the brioche buns.
  3. Toast the brioche in the oven until lightly golden.
  4. In a bowl, combine lobster meat with salt and pepper.
  5. For the key lime cream, whisk together key lime juice, condensed milk, and heavy cream until smooth.
  6. Assemble the mini lobster brioche by placing the seasoned lobster mixture inside the toasted brioche.
  7. Drizzle key lime cream over the lobster.
  8. Garnish with microgreens and serve immediately.
