- 1 package Mint Oreos
- 2 cups white chocolate
- 1/2 cup crushed peppermint candy
- 1 tablespoon butter
Instructions
- Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Crush the Mint Oreos into small pieces and set aside.
- Melt the white chocolate in a microwave or double boiler until smooth.
- Mix the crushed Oreos into the melted white chocolate.
- Pour the mixture onto the prepared baking sheet and spread it evenly.
- Sprinkle crushed peppermint candy on top.
- Allow to cool and set at room temperature or refrigerate until firm.
- Once set, break into pieces and serve.
Notes
For a less sweet version, substitute some of the white chocolate with dark chocolate. Make sure to store in an airtight container to ensure freshness.
