Instructions
- In a mixing bowl, beat the softened cream cheese with powdered sugar until smooth.
- In a separate bowl, whisk together the chocolate pudding mix and milk until thickened.
- Gently fold the chocolate pudding into the cream cheese mixture until well combined.
- Stir in the shredded coconut and chopped pecans.
- Pour the mixture into the graham cracker crust and spread evenly.
- Top with whipped topping and garnish with chocolate shavings or curls if desired.
- Refrigerate for at least 4 hours before serving to set.
