- 1 1/2 cups chocolate chips
- 1 cup canned coconut milk (full-fat, not light)
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
Instructions
- In a large bowl, add almond flour, nut butter, cocoa powder, maple syrup, vanilla extract, and salt. Mix until well incorporated. Press the dough into a tart pan, creating a well for the filling.
- In a small bowl, warm the coconut milk in the microwave for 45 seconds. Add chocolate chips and vanilla extract. Let sit for 1 minute, then whisk until smooth. Pour into the tart shell.
- Chill the tart in the refrigerator for 2 hours until set. Serve with toppings of choice.
Notes
For nut allergies, substitute nut butter with sunflower seed butter. Use agave syrup for a neutral sweetness.
