Gooey chocolate-hazelnut pastries made with flaky crescent roll dough, ready in under 30 minutes.

  • Total Time: 27 minutes
  • Yield: 8 servings 1x

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 can crescent roll dough (store-bought, refrigerated)
  • Nutella chocolate-hazelnut spread, about 2–3 tablespoons per roll (adjust to taste)
  • Optional: powdered sugar for dusting

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven according to the crescent roll dough package instructions.
  2. Unroll the crescent dough on a clean surface and separate it into the triangular pieces provided.
  3. At the wide end of each triangle, spoon 1–2 tablespoons of Nutella filling (adjust amount to prevent overflow).
  4. Gently spread the Nutella slightly, leaving the edges clear so the dough seals when rolled.
  5. Roll each triangle from the wide end toward the point to form the classic crescent shape, tucking slightly as you go.
  6. Place the rolls on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper, spacing them at least 1 inch apart.
  7. Bake according to the package time until the crescents are puffed and golden brown.
  8. Remove from the oven; allow to cool 3–5 minutes, then dust with powdered sugar if desired and serve warm.

Notes

If the Nutella is firm in cold weather, microwave a spoonful for 5–8 seconds to soften before filling.
