Indulgent doughnuts filled with creamy Nutella, perfect for any occasion.

  • Total Time: 45 minutes
  • Yield: 8 servings 1x

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 can refrigerated biscuit dough (such as Grands!)
  • Nutella or other chocolate hazelnut spread
  • Oil for frying (vegetable or canola oil works best)
  • Powdered sugar (for dusting)

Instructions

  1. Heat the oil in a deep fryer or heavy pot to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Take a biscuit and flatten it slightly to create a small disc.
  3. Place a spoonful of Nutella in the center of the flattened dough.
  4. Fold the dough over the filling, pinching the edges to seal tightly.
  5. Gently place the stuffed biscuits into the hot oil and fry until golden brown, about 2-3 minutes per side.
  6. Remove the cooked doughnuts from the oil, drain on paper towels, and dust with powdered sugar while still warm.

Notes

For a healthier option, consider baking the stuffed biscuits instead of frying them.
