- 1 pound shrimp, peeled and deveined
- 1 cup tempura batter mix
- 1/2 cup walnuts
- 1/2 cup honey
- 1/4 cup mayonnaise
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- Oil for frying

Instructions
- Preheat the oil in a deep fryer to 350°F (175°C).
- In a mixing bowl, prepare the tempura batter according to package instructions.
- Dip the shrimp in the tempura batter and fry in batches until golden brown.
- In a separate pan, toast the walnuts over medium heat until golden.
- In a small saucepan, combine honey, mayonnaise, and lemon juice, and heat until warm.
- Toss the fried shrimp in the honey sauce until coated.
- Serve the shrimp topped with candied walnuts.
Notes
Maintain oil temperature while frying to avoid greasy or burnt batter. For best texture, toss shrimp lightly in sauce off heat.
