Ingredients
Scale
- 1 cup graham cracker crumbs
- 2 tbsp granulated sugar
- 1/2 cup butter, melted
- 16 oz cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup powdered sugar
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 cup peach filling
- 1/2 tsp cinnamon
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a mixing bowl, combine the graham cracker crumbs, granulated sugar, and melted butter until well mixed.
- Press this mixture firmly into the bottom of your dessert cups to create a yummy crust.
- Bake the crusts for about 10 minutes. Once they are golden brown, let them cool completely.
- In a separate bowl, beat the softened cream cheese until it’s smooth and creamy. Add the powdered sugar and vanilla extract, mixing until well combined.
- Spoon the cheesecake mixture generously over the cooled crusts in each cup.
- Top each cup with a luscious layer of peach filling, and finish with a sprinkle of cinnamon.
- Chill in the fridge for at least 2 hours before serving.
Notes
Ensure cream cheese is fully softened for the best texture. Consider adding lemon juice for added flavor. A dollop of whipped cream on top makes it even more inviting.
