  • 2 tbsp granulated sugar

  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 cup peach filling
  • 1/2 tsp cinnamon

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine the graham cracker crumbs, granulated sugar, and melted butter until well mixed.
  3. Press this mixture firmly into the bottom of your dessert cups to create a yummy crust.
  4. Bake the crusts for about 10 minutes. Once they are golden brown, let them cool completely.
  5. In a separate bowl, beat the softened cream cheese until it’s smooth and creamy. Add the powdered sugar and vanilla extract, mixing until well combined.
  6. Spoon the cheesecake mixture generously over the cooled crusts in each cup.
  7. Top each cup with a luscious layer of peach filling, and finish with a sprinkle of cinnamon.
  8. Chill in the fridge for at least 2 hours before serving.
