- 3 cups Rice Krispies cereal
- 1 cup peanut butter
- 1 cup mini marshmallows
- 1/2 cup chocolate chips
- 2 tablespoons unsalted butter
- 1/4 cup honey or corn syrup
Instructions
- In a saucepan over low heat, melt the butter, peanut butter, and honey until smooth.
- Stir in the mini marshmallows until melted and well combined.
- Remove from heat and mix in the Rice Krispies cereal until evenly coated.
- Press the mixture into a greased baking dish.
- In another small microwave-safe bowl, melt the chocolate chips in short bursts, stirring until smooth.
- Drizzle the melted chocolate over the Rice Krispies mixture and swirl with a knife to create a marbled effect.
- Allow to cool completely before cutting into squares and serving.
Notes
Use creamy peanut butter for best results and chill for 30 minutes for firmer bars.
