Ingredients

  • 3 cups Rice Krispies cereal
  • 1 cup peanut butter
  • 1 cup mini marshmallows
  • 1/2 cup chocolate chips
  • 2 tablespoons unsalted butter
  • 1/4 cup honey or corn syrup

Instructions

  1. In a saucepan over low heat, melt the butter, peanut butter, and honey until smooth.
  2. Stir in the mini marshmallows until melted and well combined.
  3. Remove from heat and mix in the Rice Krispies cereal until evenly coated.
  4. Press the mixture into a greased baking dish.
  5. In another small microwave-safe bowl, melt the chocolate chips in short bursts, stirring until smooth.
  6. Drizzle the melted chocolate over the Rice Krispies mixture and swirl with a knife to create a marbled effect.
  7. Allow to cool completely before cutting into squares and serving.

Notes

Use creamy peanut butter for best results and chill for 30 minutes for firmer bars.
