- 1 ripe pear, thinly sliced
- 6 oz (170 g) Brie cheese, sliced
- 2 tbsp cranberry sauce or relish
- 1 baguette or crostini base
- 2 tbsp honey
- 1 tsp fresh thyme leaves
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Olive oil for drizzling
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Slice the baguette into thin pieces and arrange them on a baking sheet.
- Drizzle olive oil over the bread slices and bake for about 5-7 minutes until lightly toasted.
- While the crostini are toasting, prepare the thyme-infused honey by mixing honey and thyme in a small bowl.
- Remove the crostini when golden brown and layer each slice with Brie cheese, pear slices, and a dollop of cranberry sauce.
- Drizzle the thyme-infused honey over the top.
- Season with a sprinkle of salt and pepper, if desired.
- Serve immediately as an elegant appetizer.
