- 1 flatbread or naan
- ½ cup thin pear slices
- 75g Brie cheese, sliced
- ¼ cup cranberry sauce
- Fresh thyme leaves
- Olive oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Place the flatbread or naan on a baking sheet.
- Spread the cranberry sauce evenly on the flatbread.
- Top with thin pear slices and slices of Brie cheese.
- Drizzle with olive oil, and season with salt, pepper, and fresh thyme leaves.
- Bake for about 10-15 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
- Remove from the oven, slice, and enjoy!
Notes
Use ripe pears for the best sweetness and juiciness. Experiment with different flatbreads for added flavor.
