Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 pie crust (store-bought or homemade)
  • 1 cup pecan halves
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 cup sweetened condensed milk
  • 1/2 cup brown sugar
  • 1/4 cup granulated sugar
  • 3 large eggs
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Roll out the pie crust and place it in a deep dish pie pan.
  3. In a mixing bowl, whisk together the cream, condensed milk, brown sugar, granulated sugar, eggs, vanilla extract, and salt until well combined.
  4. Stir in the pecan halves and pour the mixture into the prepared pie crust.
  5. Bake for 45-50 minutes or until the filling is set and the crust is golden brown.
  6. Allow to cool before slicing and serving. Enjoy your rich, creamy Pecan Cream Deep Dish Pie!

Notes

Use room-temperature eggs for a smoother emulsion. Let the pie rest for at least two hours to allow the filling to set properly.
