- 1 pound pizza dough
- ½ cup pesto sauce
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- ¼ cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 egg (for egg wash)
- Flour (for dusting)
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
- On a floured surface, roll out your pizza dough and cut it into triangles.
- Spread a small amount of pesto sauce on each triangle, then sprinkle with mozzarella and Parmesan cheese.
- Starting from the wide end of the triangle, roll it up tightly and bend it into the shape of a Christmas tree on a lined baking sheet.
- Brush the top of the tree with beaten egg for a golden crust.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes or until golden brown.
- Allow to cool slightly before pulling apart to enjoy.
