- 8 oz cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1/4 cup green onions, chopped
- 1 cup nuts (pecans, walnuts, or almonds), chopped
- 1/4 cup dried cranberries (optional)
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Crackers or sliced vegetables for serving
Instructions
- In a mixing bowl, combine the softened cream cheese, cheddar cheese, Parmesan cheese, and chopped green onions. Mix until well combined.
- Season with salt and pepper to taste.
- Form the mixture into a cone shape to resemble a pine cone.
- Roll the cheese ball in the chopped nuts to coat it evenly.
- If desired, arrange dried cranberries as berries on the cheese ball for decoration.
- Chill in the refrigerator for at least 1 hour before serving.
- Serve with crackers or sliced vegetables.
Notes
Always use room temperature cream cheese for a smoother blend. Adjust salt and pepper to taste.
