A delightful stir-fry featuring crispy potstickers and a colorful medley of vegetables, all coated with a savory soy-ginger sauce.

Ingredients

  • Potstickers
  • Bell peppers
  • Snap peas
  • Carrots
  • Soy sauce
  • Garlic
  • Ginger

Instructions

  1. In a pan, heat oil over medium heat.
  2. Add potstickers and cook until crispy on both sides.
  3. Remove potstickers and set aside.
  4. In the same pan, add more oil if needed and sauté bell peppers, snap peas, and carrots until tender.
  5. Add soy sauce, minced garlic, and ginger, stirring well to combine.
  6. Return potstickers to the pan and toss everything together.
  7. Serve hot and enjoy!
